For any reasonable order dispute, AdMediaHub (a wholly owned subsidiary of Ad Media Hub INC) welcomes customers to our RETURNS & EXCHANGES center to submit an application.
AdMediaHub values every customer and works hard to provide an enjoyable experience with our products and services. Most AdMediaHub software offers a free trial, allowing customers to “test-drive” before purchase. These trials have limited functionality to help customers make informed purchase decisions and avoid buying the wrong product.
Due to this “try-before-you-buy” system, AdMediaHub provides a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for most products. Refunds are approved within this guarantee under the accepted circumstances listed below. Purchases exceeding the guarantee period are non-refundable.
You may cancel your AdMediaHub Driver subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial-term subscription periods.

If you subscribed through a third-party account, cancellation may need to be done through that service. Visit your account with the applicable third party to turn off auto-renew or unsubscribe. You can also check your subscription billing via the third-party account.
Refund requests can be made via email at refund@admediahub.online or through our website chat. Refunds, discounts, or credits are provided at our sole discretion and may vary in amount or form. Offering a credit in one instance does not guarantee future credits.
AdMediaHub generally does not refund or exchange products in the following situations:
1) Failure to read the product description before purchasing. Customers should read product descriptions and try free trials before buying.
2) Customer claims of credit card fraud or unauthorized payment. Contact your card issuer for any suspected fraud.
3) Delay in receiving registration code due to email or system issues. Contact AdMediaHub Support Center for assistance.
4) Purchasing the wrong product followed by buying the correct product elsewhere.
5) Price differences between regions or other companies.
6) Refund requests for part of a bundle. Only full-bundle refunds may be issued in certain cases.
7) Change of mind after purchase.
1) Refusal to cooperate with support in troubleshooting technical issues.
2) Technical problems after software updates, beyond the 14-day guarantee period.
Refunds are offered under the Money Back Guarantee for the following situations:
1) Purchase of Extended Download Service (EDS), Registration Backup Service (RBS), or Download Insurance Service without realizing they can be removed. We will help refund these items.
2) Swapping a program purchased incorrectly for the correct one. Original program cost will be refunded.
3) Duplicate purchase of the same or similar products. AdMediaHub will refund one product or swap it.
4) Registration code not received within 24 hours and no timely response from support. Refund may be issued if the product is not needed.
5) Technical faults leading the user to buy a different product elsewhere. Refunds or exchanges may be arranged.
Software with terminal technical issues and no solution within 30 days may be refunded if the customer does not wish to wait for an upgrade.
Upon refund, the corresponding license will be deactivated.
Download Version: Uninstall the software. Disc Version: Destroy the disc and uninstall software.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank, or PayPal) and may take 48–72 hours depending on banking procedures.
